This package includes three sessions that can be used at your convenience. It's ideal for addressing a specific issue or as an introductory experience to see if we're the right fit to work together. Sessions do not need to be booked consecutively and can be scheduled as needed.

6-Session Package – $400 (Regularly $480)
This package offers the ease of having your sessions prepaid, so you can focus fully on the process without the hassle of ongoing payments. Six sessions provide the time and space to explore meaningful, health-shifting habits and patterns. Additional sessions can be added as part of a continued care plan, offering flexibility as your needs evolve.
