Hello!

I’d love to share a bit about my health journey—it’s been quite the adventure (think solving a Rubik’s Cube while riding a rollercoaster, with a side of unexpected plot twists). I started out in massage therapy, where I discovered the magic of hands-on healing and the joy of helping people feel better in real time.

Eventually, nutrition pulled me in, and I quickly realized health is way more than just counting calories or tracking sleep. Diving into the Holistic Health Coach program was like uncovering a giant, colorful puzzle with pieces that represent you—mind, body, and all those wonderfully unique quirks that make you, well, you.

I’m endlessly curious and admittedly addicted to learning—especially about gardening (I could talk soil and plants for hours) and pretty much anything new that catches my eye. If someone recommends a good TV show, you bet I’ll binge-watch it in one sitting if it’s really interesting.

I’m passionate about exploring different approaches to help you feel your absolute best. My own journey has been a wild ride—weight loss was a pleasant bonus, but what truly lights me up is feeling balanced, energized, and in sync with myself.
