I’d love to share a bit about my journey. My passion for health began years ago, leading me to pursue a career in massage therapy. I discovered a profound joy in helping others heal directly, which ignited my desire to learn more.

As I progressed in my career, I found my way to nutrition. Initially, I had a casual interest in overall health, but once I enrolled in the Holistic Health Coach program, I was captivated. I realized that understanding health is like piecing together a puzzle—there are so many intricate facets. My perspective shifted from merely focusing on shrinking myself to embracing a broader, more holistic view of well-being. Nutrition is so much more than just counting calories or tracking sleep; it's about finding balance and understanding what truly nourishes us.

I am dedicated to advancing my knowledge in health and will continue to explore diverse approaches to enhance your well-being.
